This was a hidden gem. I rented a rustic cabin, not knowing when we showed up they're brand new tiny houses. They are nothing what the website or booking sites show. It was a really good surprise. Private shower & toilet, super comfortable bed, a little kitchen and a loft area. The location of the resort is kind of weird its not in the best or most convenient area but you cant beat the price. This will definitely be our stay of choice when visiting back home from now on out.nn*Side note* The restaurant is not part of the resort, however be prepared for very slow service and very rude women working as waiters. I'll be leaving a review on them too.

My wife & I spent 3 of the most wonderful months of our lives at Roadrunner. Cindy & the entire staff are some of the most caring, helpful people I've had the privilege of associating with. From Charlene's Coyote Grille, with great food, selection & service, (thank you Karin, Jess & Grace), to a variety of sports & games. Topping it all off with Pastor Steve Trinkle & wife Dee's Sunday Christian Fellowship. You will find some of the nicest, friendly people you will ever meet & become good friends with. I hope we have the opportunity to go back soon.

So we stayed for the month of January '21...I would say it was about average. The area surrounding the park isn't the best, some unsafe neighborhoods to try and take a bike ride through for something different, I got kind of sick of riding and walking around the park over and over for exercise. There is a nice Winn Dixie about 8 min away, and Al's Farm stand is 3 min away which looked great and our friend was pretty impressed with. We were placed in the I section which is less than favorable but then found friends who were in the front section around the pond. We asked to be moved next to them since the spot had been empty most of the time we had already been there. They switched us, we were then in space S17 which I feel is one of the very best spots in the entire park. The pad is twice as big as the others and there's a bit more space especially on the driver's side of your rig. Just a beautiful little space to look out over the pond, and only the occasional sulfur smell. Back pond area {near section I} had a terrible sulfur smell that you just couldn't get away from. Restrooms/bath house were nice and clean, laundry is open air which is great so a nice breeze blows through. Pricey to wash, about 1/3 more expensive than most I've seen. At one point there were 10 machines not working and it took them quite a few days to fix. Trash is only picked up M, W, F, no dumpsters whatsoever and recycling is overflowing constantly. Restaurant food was pretty darn good, Friday fish fry with live entertainment was fantastic! The premium spots with brick pavers and outside fireplaces were lovely! Quite pricey for the location, it's a relatively short drive to the beach, but again, you have to drive.

Nice enough for an RV but lots of long timers. Tight lots but with that being said I would recommend it for a day or two.nMet a Lady that has lived in a Cabin up front for 20 Years so it must be ok if you like that kind of place.

Clean resort. Good Sam rated but 10% only good for one night. Restaurant on-site, popular with local residents. Did not eat there as they closed at 2 pm that day.
