Super strong class tonight led by Lauren Elizabeth.nnVinyasa is a excellent form of yoga, that gets the blood pumping and works out sore muscles. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area if you’re looking for a strong yoga class this is the one.

Fibrofit is one of the best studios in central Florida. Classes provide a great amount of exercise. Knowledgeable and innovative yoga teachers!

This is such a peaceful sanctuary. It is absolutely the most professionally run studio. The Staff, owner and instructors are extremely caring. This Studio is Davenport's best kept secret.

I have taken 3 classes there so far and love it. I deal with chronic pain in my lower back and hips and the gentle yoga class helps bring some much needed relief. The instructors are wonderful and the atmosphere, peaceful.
