If you're looking for a serious gym, this is it. Great equipment and great staff. Couldn't ask for a better gym.

Huge facility with top notch equipment. I highly recommend this gym if you want to get away from the big box gyms and their corporate ways.

Best gym I have joined so far. I am working on my second week and haven't missed a day. The owner is almost always there and asking what kind of improvements that we'd like. Very proactive! I work out mostly in the morning and have never had to wait for any equipment. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a better lifting gym. Locally owned and operated is always better!!

Excellent gym. I met some of the folks that work there and the owner on my first visit and they're all exceptionally friendly and down to earth. Every piece of equipment you could ever need is all available, including a whole side room dedicated to squatting. Bumper plates, a sled, full cable equipment, every machine you'd ever need, and so many bars and free weights that you'll never be waiting for anything. Great place to workout!
