Love how BOTH times I've come here at 11pm at night! And 40 minute wait! Oh and of course they forgot some of my food. Unbelievable.
Drive thru was a little slow, but it was lunch rush. First cashier was polite but chewing gum, a personal pet peeve. The second window handed me my order and didn't really say a word. While they had 2 speakers they only used one. Bonus points for working ice cream machine.
Horrible for my order completely wrong and had to sit in a super long driver through line because the lobby wasn’t open. When I went to pay for my food I had a coupon and the cashier looked at my coupon went and “typed” my coupon code in and still charged me full price for the item. The night staff is just flat out lazy here
Food coffee were good but they wouldn't let me sit inside to help people get shot
I am a total mcdonalds fan and typically love this place eat here everyday... I was just cursed at by the woman taking a very quick easy order... I am extrememly upset right now as i did absolutely nothing wrong and was in no way being disrespectful. I am in hospitality so i get it but would never cuss someone out especially when it was my own incompetense that was so frustrating.
