My last 5 visits to this location have been terrible, receiving a wrong order each time.. I live just a few blocks from this location and have gone there for over 20 years but will find another location to go to from now on. This morning I went there and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Simple order, right! Cashier repeated order to me. Got to pick up window and she repeated order to me and handed me a bag. I said thank you and drove away, opened bag and in the bag there was an egg, sausage biscuit and a hash brown in the bag. The time before there was no one at the cashiers window. Location was not busy. Drove to pick up window and was informed I had not paid for my order. I told them I would have if there had been someone at the window. Noticed he was up front talking. He took my credit card and disappeared somewhere with it. Finally got my card back and got my order which was cold by now. Cold hamburger and fries. Unbelievable.

This particular location is always busy but always seems to get the orders correct. The have an app that allows you to order, pay & curbside pick-up. The app has offers for daily deals. However, the deals that apply to me are few & far between. I'd like it if they geared the offers towards what you actually like, so therefore I don't go there as much as before.

The young lady taking my order didn't even allow me to finish. Not only that coming to the first window the same young lady was extremely rude!! And these people deserve 15 dollars an hour?? On the other hand the other young lady at the second window was very nice kudos to her but doesn't make up for my order being wrong. Not impressed. If you don't like your job and going to be nasty to your costumers... find another job!

Seems like they have a lot of attitude problems with the help. They don't like to file proper covet 19 protocol. Sometime they use gloves sometimes they don't they drop money on the floor or on the ground and drive through and they expect you to give them more change and stuff not dropping at all if they had it tray you would have no problem Burger King Arby's Wendy's checkers they all use trays but for some reason this MacDonald feels are above that
