Papa John's Pizza

We ordered Cheese and pepperoni mushroom and Olive pizza last night. After waiting over an hour we finally received are ice cold pizza. We also noticed that the pizza never looks like the commercial or the pizza on the website. When I ask your manager why that is, He responded with, Because we order more than one topping. What does that mean. He continued to say It was health department regulations. So, This is the fact. If i order a cheese and pepperoni pizza. It look normal. Sauce, cheese and then topping. But if you order more than one topping, your pizza it will be made as follows, Sauce, then toppings and cheese last. Are the owners aware of this.

Placed an order online for 3 pizzas, cheese bread, brownie, and ordered two extra cheeses. Order totaling $79.43 tipping my driver 11.88.nDid not receive my extra cheese cups and when I called up to request those be sent back out I was told I didn’t place an order for extra cheese sauce and she could give me a free pizza but would not send her driver back out for cheese cups. So $80 and your just out of luck because the receipt is not an itemized receipt so no way to even prove what I was saying. So quick to offer free pizza but no interest in fixing the problem. Was placed on hold for 13 minutes.nWILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!

Papa johns food is great. However, they recently hired this answering service to take phone orders. To make it short, they are truly a nightmare to deal with.
