I had apparently forgot to make a review and I really wanted to share the positive experience I had with Aro. While they weren't able to help me directly, they were able to get me in the right direction and I was successful in getting my lock opened up. I had brought in a vintage IBM computer system which had a case and key lock. But it wasn't a traditional barrel lock that IBM usually uses, apparently it had been upgraded to a high security lock (of which I used to have the key and lost in my move), which wasn't pick-able due to the pin design of the lock. The gentlemen I met with was able to mark on the lock where the lock sets in, and he was right, I was able to ultimately get the lock to disengage from the lock position so I can start repairing my first personal computer. Many thanks to the professionalism and the help I received from this place. As you can see in this picture, the computer is now fully operational (the lock is still in the lock position but the case now opens and the computer boots as it should).
I go here to have keys made. They are good art what they do. They'll rekey a lock cylinder in the shop if you can get it out of your door, saying the home visit fee.
Been going to the folks and my family here for over 48 years really great people and their keys are always made perfectly AAA plus plus plus
