Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Made me two keys for my lock box (lost the original ones). I was a walk-in, so was happy they could help in that situation.

Very helpful and friendly over the phone when making an appointment to get a key made and then the locksmith was probably one of the most skilled and interesting employees one could hope to have. Only a few places around that can make copies of these high security keys besides a dealer having to get it made by the factory. I think the VW dealer was double the price though which isn't rare for a dealer to do.
Made keys for an antique rolltop desk for me, and did a great job. Will use them again.
