Hands down, best choice I’ve ever made training at planet fitness. VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors everyday and seeing a funny looking Irish girl it’s sad I only get 2 days out of the week (tough luck)nI always feel like I’ve worked my buns off when I leave the gym. I just wanna say thankyou planet fitness I truly recommend y’all!

Even though I have been going to Planet Fitness for a while, I still consider myself a Newbie. I joined on the advice of my Doctor for health reasons. Seeing how I never had any athletic ability, that's what kept me away for years. The good news is, like the Planet Fitness commercials have shown, Planet Fitness is a judgement free zone. I pretty much keep to myself, and I'm happy to say, the Bullies from my High School Phys Ed classes are no more.I'm also happy to say, I'm getting closer to my ideal goal with no hassles.

This Planet Fitness is great. First the entire staff is professional, friendly and helpful. They are constantly wiping down equipment and cleaning. I have belonged to many gyms over the years and this one is by far the best.

So far it's great! Staff very friendly and helpful , Machine and facility clean. Love that I can come here after work and get a good work out!

Approximately 1 year ago I assisted my youngest daughter with obtaining a membership. 2 months later COVID hit and she was unable to attend the gym. I continued to pay monthly membership fees hoping she would go back. Approximately 2 months ago I decided I would cancel her membership. I was told that I needed to do this in person at this location. I was at the time in NC. I recently got back to Florida and noticed (the day it posted) a annual membership fee (approaching $50.00). This is for the UPCOMING year! I called the same day it posted to my account to cancel membership and ask that I not be held responsible for it. Was told once again that I needed to come to the gym to resolve. I showed up today (the next day it showed up as a charge). The manger advised me that they would not remove fee. I don’t understand that decision, (all things being considered). I have never had reason enough to ever post a 1 star review, well now I have. This is wrong on so many levels!! I advise you to really consider what your getting into when/if you do become a member with this franchise.nThank you for your time.nBill Coleman
