Pharmacy useless if ANY difficulties arise. I after 7 years of on again /off again problems at cvs getting refills, I went to Publix. The young woman at cvs told me it wasn’t her job to sort out the reason why a refill I’d had monthly for 2 years couldn’t be filled.4 phone calls to Dr office,4 phone calls Cvs,4 in person visits Cvs over 7 days ,got told it wasn’t her job to straighten situation out. It was mine. I only dealt with them because Effat was a gentleman and good pharmacist. When he left ,the pharmacy went from tolerable to useless.

Went to buy a soda and asked where the bathroom was because I had to use the bathroom and the white lady with short hair at the front counter, didn’t get her name said it’s in aisle 18 and you can’t take the soda to the bathroom. Anyone with common sense know not to take merchandise into the bathroom. I told her I wasn’t and she cut me off and said mhmm ok no leave it at the counter as if I was going to steal the soda. I will be contacting corporate about the situation because she made me feel like a thief, like I came in there just to steal. I see other reviews where I’m not the only person where she made them feel like they were trying to steal.

Nobody's perfect especially during covid-19. I thank all the staff at cvs for their patience,kindness,knowledge. I've been going there 5 yrs now and never had any issues. The pharmacy tech natalia,tiffany,and the others have all been very kind. Thank you all again for a job well done. Negativity does no one any good be kind...treat others like you would like to be treated!

Horrible mismanaged pharmacy,, 4 attempts to get script filled,,watched tech pull meds from shelf,, put in a basket and said it would be ready in 20 minutes,,returned to pick up and was told the meds were out of stock, not covered,,one excuse after another,,staff refusing to look for meds,, went transfer meds to another location and was told it was filled and waiting at other locations,, unreal the chaos at this store

They never have scripts ready on time, they are either failing verified by promise times or are fudging the system. Every time I call meds in it takes a day and a half plus, regardless of what it is. They promise 1 time and then argue with you when it is not ready WHEN THEY PROMISED. The pharmacist won’t even pick her head to look at you when she talks to you. Very unprofessional.
