Don’t waste your time going to Mobility Express. I was a repeat customer and when I wanted to change from a van to an suv. I spoke with them 3 times and they assured me that they could make the lift and the scooter work in the brand of SUV that I was purchasing. Once I purchased it and had a vehicle delivered for them to make the switch they found that they could not make it work after keeping it for a week. So now I own a car that I can’t put my scooter in I had to go back to the dealer purchase my original vehicle and have everything reinstall. What I didn’t know is that Mobility Express had altered the scooter by trying to cut down the center shaft and now it’s center of gravity was off. So now the chair did the swivel it didn’t slide back-and-forth for comfort and when The lift tries to lift the scooter it’s rear end is so heavy it has to be manually lift it to put in the back of the van. When I spoke to the dealer about getting a refund at first they said they would and after a month of not getting the refund I called back. Now they told me they would not refund the money, Because they had done the work. I told him you may have worked on it but you could not make it work after assuring me 3 times that you could make it work. After repeated phone calls not even the owner would get on the phone with me. So after all of that I lost $1500 which they asked for upfront to remove the lift and reinstall the lift and make the scooter fit. Plus I had to buy my original vehicle back so that I could use my mobility scooter and lost all the equity money which was around $9000. So all I can tell you is buyer beware I would not send anybody to the Dealer or let them work on any products that I’ve had in the future. They don’t stand behind their work, they are incompetent, they are liars and the owner is a terrible business man. I pose you this question, What kind of business man won’t even talk to a customer who has a grievance? I assure you that the $1500 was a Small Penitence to him, but it was a lot for me.

FANTASTIC!! My family and I dealt with Farris and Daniel via Text and Phone and FedExing paperwork being we are out of State to the point of flying in to seal the deal. The transaction from start to finish was flawless! Fantastic people and business to deal with friendly and professional. We are very happy with the purchase of our Van in making our Dad and family transportation needs much easier now. THANK YOU!
