The residents living in this trailer park are generally really nice and cordial. All the lots are tidy and well-kept. Despite all the positive attributes, there is one major negative: the excessive rules that are imposed on the residents.
Beautiful waterfall in front that changes colors at night. Gated. Quiet. Clean. Friendly staff.
Very friendly and exceptionally clean and well cared for! Will not hesitate to stay a week next time!! Great laundry room, too!

If you are a non pet owner you may not like this place. The pet owners have overrun the place by doing daily dog walks including walking them in the non pet area.
