Let me start off by saying we had four families( with kids)in our party all separate tickets and tables. I explained to them that we were all separate but sorta together. We sat down ordered our drinks after several minutes and were expecting our server to ask us our breakfast orders. NOPE! Instead, they proceeded to take the orders of three other parties that had walked in well after we’d been waiting for 20-30 minutes, and had also gotten their food well before us!! I had to ask who would be taking our order and it was the same person. We waited more than an hour to get our meals! When I expressed my frustration they got an attitude saying the server put all orders in at the same time.. no, we we’re four separate tickets! I don’t understand how that was confusing, then they decided to talk about it with other customers(completely unprofessional). Now, the food was good but customer service not so much! That’s the KEY to returning customers! Also, let me say the three mothers in our party have been or are servers, they know about customer service.
First time ever going.. Food, service and atmosphere was amazing. Will recommend and for sure be returning.. To try more things..
Excellent food! Very unassuming outside, but worth a visit! Only open 7 to 3, so go early!
Well they are back and I can't be happier!!! The food is great and the folks are the nicest people you can meet. They had to close because of COVID. They were gone for a while but I just got lunch from there today and they didn't miss a beat! Same great food and people. I am sure glad that I have them for a plaza neighbor (lol). Thanks you guys
I think it’s really unfortunate when restaurants are never open every single time you want to go there. Strike three. Best of luck.
