I don’t do many reviews. However this is absolutely necessary. I’m a pretty patient person, I work in the industry that requires a lot of patience. BUT 34 minutes in a bank drive thru with ONE vehicle in front of me is completely unacceptable. I don’t think these ladies could go any slower if they tried... finally get up to the window. Takes another 8 minutes to address me, only for her to forget the pen in the box. Lol, AGAIN I’m very laid back and very understanding... but I’m also realistic and this was a JOKE!!!! Here I am in the drive thru writing this review and STILL not finished with my transaction. FAILED lunch break! I’ve been with Wells Fargo for years! I’ll tell you right now! I will NOT be back to this branch. EMBARASSING
