3rd time going: I've had loan applications take less time than tg4 most basic deposit at drive through with no one in line? What gives?? Avoid at all costs.nnEvery time I bank here with drive through banking it is ridiculously slow. 20 minutes and not one car has moved. You then become trapped by cars in and around you and are stuck. I could have went to one of the other locations that function well during this whole time and been done long ago.nnAvoid this one
Slowest drive thru ever! Doesn't matter what time or day! 20 to 30 min wait everytime!
30 minutes of waiting to do a simple withdrawal. Unacceptable. Close your branch if you're unable to keep up with customers, closing the indoors because of covid is fine but clearly they are unable to operate with any reasonable amount of efficiency.
Just tried to call for some information on opening a new account and went through several different options and then got rudely disconnected. Obviously they don't want new business.
Under such trying times I feel these customer service representative are going above and beyond to help make sure we are being served in a friendly and professional way. You people are great.
