Started closing every Friday at 5. Love getting off work and not being able to put checks in. Have to drive to another location 20 minutes away since Chase bank thinks having 1branch across the entire county is acceptable. I already drive an hour home from work and y’all make my life difficult. I have never wanted to change banks before but I am now

Just a quick shout out to our bank representative Janet, and our notary today Kristen. Both were wonderful answering all of our questions. And explaining everything that took place today in detail. We believe that both are exceptional employee's there for Chase. And both represented you well. Outstanding customer service. These are the qualities that give us the customer, confidence in knowing that our accounts are safe and secure. We hope that these individuals are recognized for their work and effort.

Chase is a premier bank period! The Southgate branch is on top of customer and visitor services. You are greeted when you arrive and bidded a nice day when you leave. I am glad Chase Bank is here in Southgate. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I Visit chase bank NPR -on 09/16/20 around 2 pm with my elderly father. We waited and was seen in a booth by a gentleman bank representative. He Was walking around the lobby with a cloth mask down his nose covering his chin and half his mouth then assisted up in one of the booths. When I attempted to adjust the nose clip snug on my dads mask on He made a statement That he didn’t need to worry about it and he stated and I quote —-“look at me my mask is down and if it was up to me I wouldn’t be Even wearing One. “ rolling his eyes. Regardless of his personal opinions on Covid 19 I don’t think he should be walking around the bank lobby and assisting Customers with half mask on - by breathing his air In & out to open space. I find it hypocritical that he is wearing a mask over his chin , just to be compliant and he wasn’t really wearing it.nUnfortunately he wasn’t the only one - the teller behind the glass was also wearing a mask half down. ?????ud83dude24ud83dude20

Had me waiting for 15 min after ever one told me to wait on the guy in the prive clint and he told me to keep waiting someone would be with me ok yea thanks
