Dimitri did a awesome job helping me set up a payment account for my car. Made it so simple and was in and out in a few minutes.

10:20am- We are Chase Bank account holders already and we needed to do a joint account and needed a cashiers check. We went walk in and asked if we could be seen. The teller very sweet and attentive went and check if any of the bank representative was going to be available and she came back and told us to wait because one of them was done with the customer he was seen. In that time the client for the 10:30am appointment show in and the same great teller that told us to wait took him so we could be seem on his appointment time. Then this guy representative that had the appointment at 10:30am came out of his office and told us that he had an appointment at 10:30 we explained that the teller took him for us to take that client appointment. He looking like I don't want to work, said that he has an 11am appointment and he could not provide service for us that we could do the account online make an appointment for tomorrow and they can transfer the money for us. It was 10:28am. Customer wants a bank that can work for them 24/7 you call to this bank and noone answer the phone. Then you take your time to go to the branch and some employees don't want to work.

Their ATM always tries to rip me off 20$, they won’t ever answer the phone and they use Covid as an excuse for not wanting to work. Closing at 5 monday -Fridays instead of having that extra hour on Friday is only convenient for your employees not your customers who work Monday through Friday. Stop blaming Covid for not wanting to work!!!!!

SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW Service. 2 drive through lanes and ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE running both. Lobby closed. LOUSY service and management does not care. Put your money ANYWHERE else or you will be disappointed.

I've been calling for weeks to get information about opening an account. No one ever answers the phone. Not once in weeks! I'm moving on to another bank.
