Two stars is generous for what we experienced. We have a TD account already that we opened in another state. We were trying to get assistance from a teller and the women was violent with her voice and with her hands. She was so aggressive I actually was scared that she would get violent with me. All we were requesting was some documentation of our bank #, our names on the account, etc. so a check of ours could be directly deposited to us from a sale of some property we sold. She flipped out! I have never encountered such a violent teller. Thank goodness, a nice lady working in one of the offices, over heard the situation and helped us. I wish I could remember her name. She was delightful. The b—ch older teller should be fired. I think she will go off on someone someday. My husband practiced law for 39 years, I worked in law with him for 6 years in law and I’m an accountant who just moved to Florida. That teller needs to be put in restraints and needs a shot of a strong sedative.
These people are so nice and accommodating, it was really pleasant just coming in to make a deposit ud83dude0a it’s nice to see some smiling faces a lot of these bad reviews are just bitter old people lol
Not too quick to get back to you
This is the best bank I've ever had, and that is in Ohio, NC, and Florida!!
Terrible customer service and the bank manager never even returned my call
