Waited 30 mins at curbside for a small online order. Watched 20 cars get served at the drive through and then had to get in the drive through to get service. Not a good experience. Then we get to the drive through and they don’t have shakes.

Most of the time, when I've come here drive through, my order is correct. Last couple of times, not so. I order a double quarter pounder with cheese, and I get a single. What's worse is the package the burger comes in says double. No attention to detail.

Just ordered an Oreo McFlurry through the drivethru and paid 3.20 for it. When it came out I couldn’t believe my eyes how tiny it was. The cup was about an inch and a half to MAYBE two inches wide and about 5 or 6 inches tall. And this was “the largest one they have”. I was very disappointed but if that’s the biggest they have, what can I do except 1. Accept it or 2. Return it for a refund. I returned it as I was not happy to accept a product that size for that price. The lady who served me was VERY short tempted and let me know very loudly that this was absolutely my fault (her words) and that I should have know that this was what I’d get (her words again). She gave me my refund but voiced her displeasure with me by being forceful enough that several of coins I handed back as part of my change landed on the floor and rolled away. I was ticked off but played it nice, thanked her for being understanding and processing my refund. Then I walked out. Went to Dairy Queen across the road and received a bigger milkshake with a friendly smile and a cheery voice. Go visit there and take notes McDonald employees....

Hours should be changed. Apparently 24hours means till 11-12 then you can go f yourself. Plus you are always missing something in your bag so when you tell them it’s missing you get a ATTITUDE! Absolutely rude workers here.
