I've been banking with Wells Fargo for many years and by far this is THE most incompetent branch I've ever dealt with. I had a hardship. The teller was friendly but when asked to speak with a manager regarding my issues the coward sent her back and refused to speak with me. I was very close to never banking with you again.nnThankfully I found a better branch and manager at the Wells Fargo near the Super Target up the road. They all helped me including the African American manager. We are more than just an account. We are people who appreciate compassion and good customer service.
Had a good experience at this branch. Only negative is the parking. It can be tough getting out of the parking space due to the drive thru at the restaurant next door.
I have only had a great experience at this branch. All associates are always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I always get greeted when I walk in and asked for assistance.
Terrible customer service
I have been banking with them for 10 years with both of my businesses. I tried and tried and tried to get the PPP loan from them to help keep my business afloat and nothing. Couldn't even find someone that could help me check status of it. What a joke of a bank!!
