Awesome box! I dropped in for a workout on vacation. The members and coaches were super nice and fun to workout with. Will definitely stop by again the next time I’m in the area. Thanks for a good workout!

Nothing in the Area compares to this CrossFit facility. I have tried every single gym in the area for the course of 5 months and end up sticking with AFO. They are amazing people and a great atmosphere. even going through virtual workouts during this pandemic has allowed me to not miss a beat!nncant wait to the gym to go back to normal.

I love the hour long workout that feels individualized because of the heart rate monitoring, but is provided in a group setting under the supervision of a personal trainer!

Great team, great atmosphere here! The coaches are so friendly and helpful, Melissa has taught me so much about exercising and personal wellness. I look forward to coming here!

Best CrossFit gym in Orlando! Coaches truly care about athletes technique and progress, which is hard to come by these days. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a fitness family in the area.
