The owners Rhett, Dino & Ronda in addition to the wonderful morning coach Tino are there to help you on your journey to health, healing and fitness. More than that, you will realize that CrossFit can do so much more for you than just help you be fit. It really works to improve your mental health.nnYou will meet some of the most wonderful people in this place. I quickly felt at home here. Walked through these doors about a year ago after my previous box closed down.

The best about this little gym are the people. Each one of the trainers and the owners are very honest and friendly and it is a pleasure to go there. All the participants are more like family. Everybody looks after each other and the team spirit is sensational. After a 45 - 60 minute workout you know what you have done. Better than any gym you can go to. Everyone I met, from the front desk to the coaches to the other participants, was so friendly and encouraging! The workout was intense but not discouraging, which is a really great balance for me!

Dropped in once while in town. Great location if you’re staying near the airport. Coaches and clients were friendly and welcoming. Good equipment. Challenging workout. This is where I’ll go if I’m back in town.
