Capoeira abolicao is a great school for children all of ages.  My son joined back in 2018 when he was 5 years old and immediately fell in love with it.  Mestre Delei is a highly skilled professional in this sport.  Each class incorporates capoeira movements and music into games and group activities, also children learn about the Brazilian culture and language.   Highly recommend it.

With Capoeira Abolicao I developed the discipline required to maintain the proper physique and pushed my body to it's limits and beyond. I have learned techniques and acrobatics that, in the past, I could only dream of, including flips, Aerials and flying kicks. However, more importantly, I was exposed to a new culture and outlook that changed how I view martial arts and life in general.nCapoeira combines rigorous martial arts training, music and community into one amazing and fun experience. Although every session is an intense workout, the instructors at Abolicao are always open to catering to the specific needs of every student regardless of their physical capability. I can guarantee that no matter what your fitness goals, Abolicao will aid you in achieving them.

Capoeira Abolição is a great school, for all ages of both children and adults. Everyone is very friendly and professional, and definitely the most experienced in Miami. My daughters enjoy going to trainings, the exercise is great for body and mind, and they get to play with friends.nI recommend the school to anyone looking for a personal and professional Capoeira School! Everyone speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish!
