People generally come to pharmacies to pick up medications when they don't feel well. Not everyone, but a vast majority.nnIt would be a great customer service touch, if staff(more specifically, Linda) was trained to lead with compassion.nHer tone and snarky comments are unprofessional and actually highlight she may be in the wrong field.nnI hope CVS managers (store,district and regional) read these reviews to focus on the type of training is needed. Or perhaps reconsider what role Linda needs to work in. Because it's surely not the front line(window).nnPrevious reviews about her poor attitude just solidifies my encounter with her.nnCustomer service is pivotal in times like these, especially since competition is literally everywhere.nnPlease, do better CVS.

The drop-off receptionist lied about the medicine being in-stock and made it impossible for the prescription to be filled since all other pharmacies were closed.nnI called this location to ask whether they have a specific anti-seizure medication to fill a prescription around 3:00pm on Sat, Nov 21st, 2020. The woman who picked up the phone confirmed that she had it in the system but urged me to come in-person because it was too loud on her end to hear the dosage information.nI arrived and dropped off the prescription at 3:30pm with the receptionist's confirmation that yes, they do have it. I waited for an hour in the store and at 4:45pm the receptionist told me it'll be ready at 5:45pm (15min before they close).nI went through the drive though at 5:50pm but the pharmacist (a different lady) said this location does NOT have it in stock, and the only way for it to be in stock is for them to order it. Upon asking when it would be available to pick up, she said tomorrow (Sunday) and was sending me on my way before I urged her to tell me more specifically the time. After which she corrected herself that actually, they do not get shipments on weekends so Monday at the earliest. Now it was 6:00pm, the only pharmacies left open I called and was told they too do not carry the prescription.nnObviously if anyone would have told me that this pharmacy doesn't carry my prescription, I would have had the opportunity to continue my search at pharmacies that were open during the day.nnThis location needs to somehow be inspected; this type of service is putting others in danger.

Besides the pharmacy, the regular store has some issues too. They have two self-checkout stations but I've never gotten them to actually work. It always gives me an error message and then I have to go through the regular checkout line anyway. I also was frustrated by the poor store communication today. CVS's website and Google both say this location opens at 7 a.m. daily. I got there at 7:30 this morning and they were closed. There were no hours posted on the door. So I wasted a trip and I don't even know when to try again. Last, I frequently cannot find what I need at this particular store - normal items that I've often seen at other locations aren't always here.

They try to work with me @ Rx's, and have some good deals weekly.

Worst and least efficient pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They are consistently slow, disorganized, and confused. Several of the pharm techs are rude and do not coordinate with the pharmacist. There is zero customer service; even my physician has gotten angry with this pharmacy. I’ve had such a consistently bad experience that I drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way to a further Walgreens to avoid dealing with them.
