Airport food at its finest! Just returned from Costa Rica and had to be reminded of what I was missing. The food was cold and the fries were stale even though there was a long line of people ordering.
Typical airport Mcdonald's. Food is reliable and tasted like any regular McDonald's. Staff was friendly enough and it was delivered fairly quick after ordering it (5 minutes). Over-priced ($8+) for a 2 cheeseburger meal but that's typical for the airport.
Ok, the food here was good and the employees were very friendly. However, they said they were closed at 9:20 PM when Google maps said they closed at 10 PM, very dishonest!!
The manager is rude and disrespectful. My order was not made to order, I informed them of this and gave my receipt; the manager proceeded to argue with me that a mistake was not made on my order saying that I'm lying. She then put the correctly made sandwich that I had ordered in a bag and tossed it my way. I'm giving 2 stars because even though she is terrible with customer service, she did give me what I ordered, and it tasted good. With that being said I will eat out of the airport trashcan before I spend $27 on 4 breakfast sandwiches at this ladies store again.
It's McDonald's, not bad for airport breakfast at Orlando. Sausage egg mcmuffin was done right.
