A bit of corporate retraining is definitely needed here. Some very slow and unfriendly baristas at this MCO location. They asked for my name, but did not call it out when my order was finally ready. Unusually long wait for beverage even though there were only a few customers. No smiles or friendly banter. I expect a bit more when I pay $6 for a cup of coffee. I know they have you trapped, with few other options, and the baristas treat you that way. I was treated to a very unpleasant customer experience.
Don’t use your own mug here. They aren’t prepared for such things. My iced coffee is warm and undrinkable
Probably the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Line up down the terminal and only one person on cash and one on drinks. If youre in a hurry or have a flight to catch don't stop here.
