Purchased gas and went inside the store on Wednesday, January 13th. It's an excellent store that's neat and clean. And it's well staffed with friendly employees. Been going here since they opened, and this facility is a most welcomed addition to the Lake Nona area. Convenient, easy to get in and out - just an awesome gas/convenience station/store.
I love this place. The staff is excellent, friendly and so attentive to the customers. I've been coming here for about a year and I love the hash browns. So the staff always makes sure that I get my share of them every morning when I come in. The Manager and staff are so polite and make you feel comfortable and like family. 7-11 and Wawa can't compete with this kind of great customer service. Thanks for taking care of me.
The gas station NCR does not have prompts. I don't know if it is a glitch or if this is normal as this was my first time to a RaceTrac gas station. Never been to a pump where you have to guess the next step. Ex. instead of asking if I want to receipt it said promptreceipt. Stupid weird.
Nadine was very rude about a slushy spill that was cleaned up by myself on the counter . She threw her mop on the floor with an attitude and went to the back. Unprofessional and uncalled for. Not okay.
Had the best ice cream and toppings bar that I have ever seen at a Racetrack. Restroom was clean and tidy with no horrible smells...
