Felicia was super eager to help me despite having system issues! She had Jessica which was also very friendly and eager to help assist me! You can see they are a great team who are genuinely ready to help their customers and have each other’s back! Will definitely recommend visiting this Chase over any other one in the area!

I was in search of a notary and I called this location and Anna who was a dream made my experience amazing she informed me of the time that he notary would be in. Now what made her amazing was that she followed up with me to see if I was still coming and that is amazing, most banks are to busy to think of the average person but Anna is a professional as well as her manager. With that being said I think I will keep my business with chase :)nThank you guys

Two days ago, during a curtesy call Felicia Gounraj asked if I need any help, I replied that I do, I was looking for equipment financing, she said she'll get somebody to help me. Still waiting ... Felicia is out of office for two days now so I called Ani Swinson. Ani replied that she will get smbd to call me tomorrow. It seems like these people don't want to sell their products, too bad

The experience I had at this bank today reminded me of why I closed all of my accounts.nnIf you are making a deposit for someone else, make sure you have the exact amount because they will not give you change. This includes a business account, which I was dealing with. They will deposit the change due back without letting you know.nnThis is not to mention that because there is Cash being deposited, you have to produce an ID.nnThis transaction took over 30 minutes, when it should have only taken 5.nnI leave it up to you. I only do business with this Bank, because that's where my employer has their account. Personally an institution that makes you jump through so many hoops. I would stay far away from.
