I visited the bank to make a deposit for someone and the girls were so friendly gave me tour of the branch! The location is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I am switching my bank and opening an account soon since I never get this service at my bank!

I drove 30 minutes because this is said to be the only branch open in Saturday. I got there and it is all closed up, there is even a sign on the door saying it is open from 9am-12. Very unprofessional

Google and sticker on the building claims business hours are open 9am on Saturday. It is not open at all.

I drove 45 min to this location because it said online it was the only Synovus open on Saturday. It was NOT open. I am not happy at all. I also bank with TRUSTCO, they are open on Saturday. Maybe its time to move everything over. I dont appreciate incorrect information online when it costs me both wasted gas and time.
