I setup my business account here and had a great experience. However I later found out that they do not have a drive thru!!!! How do you build a bank without a drive thru!?
I like Chase because they have great military perks, and because the CEO seems to be of good descent man unlike other Vulture Banker. They have free checking for Veterans, and even forgo my balance once. So this review is to acknowledge Arlene's impeccable service. She was very informative, willing and helpful in dealing with a few banking issues. Kudos.
The customer service here is horrible!! They have one person working on one of the busiest days of the week!! They didn't pick up the phone when I called several times during the day. Then when I arrived the wait was so long that many of the people in line left! There was no sense of urgency to help customers. I am completely disgusted with this branch.
Let me start with the fact that I love CHASE. I have a several personal accounts and business accounts. I am sorry to say this branch how terrible. It is not up to chases standards. I feel as though if you not Spanish or Hispanic your service will be sub par.
Worst branch ever, do not even trust employees who work there with your money including the loan officer Crystal Rivera. They will lie to you in the beginning just to fraud you for the application fees!!! I do not recommend anyone to open or invest with them anymore.
