Manager has very poor managerial skills. I went in to see a banker, I usually see Arlene and since she now has a new title works on appts only. That’s not a problem the problem is when you are told to sit for 45 minutes to be seen by a banker by the incompetent manager and then comes back to you after all this time of sitting and waiting to be told that I have to make an appt. This woman is plain incompetent and rude. I don’t even know how the interview process is that people like this get hired.
