I’ve been with Wells Fargo since 1989 and never have I ever felt so embarrassed/discriminated against. Extremely disappointed with this WF branch in Lake Nona.nTo make a long story short, I attempted to make a withdrawal of my hard earned money at this location and in the end they denied my transaction. They told me I had to wait 24 hours because my money was “pending” due to a bank transfer I did earlier that morning. Since the funds were showing available on my mobile app, I immediately called customer service to gain more information.nThe two different representatives I spoke with over the phone told me that I did not have to wait 24 hrs as the funds were immediately available and they too were confused as to why this branch would not allow me to withdraw my own money. In fact, they advised me to drive all the way across town to a different branch to complete the transaction.nNeedless to say, after this experience I will be cancelling all my accounts and Wells Fargo is losing a customer of 31 years.

I usually go to the Wells Fargo on Hoffner; however I was on this side of town so I decided to stop in For the first time. All of the ladies were super nice and welcoming ;however the gentleman by the name of Gregory was very standoffish, I explain to him that I was going to have a difficult transaction and then towards the end he didn’t comprehend one of the steps I told her and gave me attitude when I told him that I needed more money back. Instead of placing my ID on the counter and he slid it towards me with an attitude. Then he rush me off as he gave me the money. I won’t be ever coming back to this Wells Fargo as I felt like I wasn’t valued as a client.

I like Wells Fargo bank but this was the SLOWEST service that I’ve ever received, that’s the reason for two stars. Went to the drive up window, one lane was closed, the rest were open and it took over 10 minutes for teller to acknowledge me. Then I had to repeat myself several times for a simple deposit transaction. I’ll go to a different Wells Fargo next time.
