Eastside Pro Painters

Eastside Pro Painters repaired some water damaged siding and painted the exterior. The siding price was $15/hr less than other companies, but the painting price was slightly higher by $1K. However, since they had great reviews online (Porch.com and Angie’s List) and quality is important to me, they were selected. The price quoted was the price charged. The technicians who did the work, the sales person and owner were all very professional, responsible, pleasant and honest. The customer service was OUTSTANDING for following reasons: 1) Siding Technician forgot to put in the water resistant liner between house frame and siding. When this was brought to their attention, they re-did 100% of the siding job without charge and offered a 24% discount on the original labor. The siding job was a 10 hour project so basically, it took 20 hour due to the correction. However, I was only billed for 10 hours and given a 24% discount because it was not done right the 1st time. 2) Retouching took 4 visits, but the Owner & technicians were very patient and concerned that the job be acceptable before sign-off. All work & retouching services were provide with a smile. They take all forms of payment, but charge a convenience fee for a card. I will use Eastside Pro Painters again.

They came in and painted our full interior, they were on time and very quick, very impressed and very happy with the whole experience. They did everything we wanted done, am telling everyone if they need a house painted to use Eastside Pro Painters. They cleaned up like they were not even there. Walked it with them and touched up anything I asked to touch up, very happy.

I would like to recommend this company to anyone needing interior painting. The workers are friendly and you can tell they're skilled at their job. I had a great experience with this company.

Eastside Pro Painters we’re not the least expensive bid, however the professionalism shown by office staff and following our appointment, and the proposal we were convinced they are the way to go for our family!!
