Amazing experience here working with Michelle! We had some complex needs in setting up our business accounts and every time we needed help she went out of her way taking extra time to provide top notch service. Recently we had a terrible banking experience with a nearby bank and we are glad to now be in business here. I initially had a construction loan with First Green Bank, which got bought out by Seacoast Bank. With Seacoast Bank, I have had poor customer support and follow-ups on my loan extension request. I have been unable to get any loan specialists to return my phone calls or emails. They refuse to give me a loan extension due to the contractor’s inability to complete construction and now sends me a statement to repay principal and interest on a loan amount I have not drawn out. This loan extension process has been a nightmare. I am still waiting to hear back from a Loan Specislist from Seacoast Bank who could help resolve this issue.
