A simple notary request was met with, you need an appointment. What ever happened to customer service?
Happy to have another Chase location on this side of town. I’ve been banking with Chase for 10 years and am very pleased with their customer service. Their app is extensive; you can conduct a myriad of transactions without leaving your bed. My favorite feature is the ability to deposit checks. Best part? they don’t charge you ridiculous fees.
I came in today with an account problem and was promptly helped by the amazing personnel. Juliana sat down with me and explained what was going on and cleared up the situation. Amazing branch, highly recommend the location.
I walked in and there was 5 gray haired female officers standing around talking about Christmas decorations. One of the 2 greeters asked me to wait he would check who was available. Then he came said no one and this is an “appointment only” branch. What???? My time is valuable. I’m a business owner and axsenior trying to set up my rmd which is required by the government. In all my years I have never been so poorly treated at a bank!
My experience with this new branch has been extremely positive; the staff is friendly & helpful. Has multiple ATMs with one that's indoors and accessible 24/7.
