Last week Judith Storelli was my customer loan advisor she was very helpful in a very short time my customer Cecil Golden bought a Higlander and was very happy with her as well overall I’ll give her 5stars.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do NOT get a loan with this credit union, no matter that you do! I have to call every other month to make sure they've not made an expensive error (always in their favor) to my account. Very shady practices, do not respond to email, promise things over the phone then don't deliver. Very, very disorganized and almost constantly messing something up. Go to a reputable loan agency or pay cash! This stress is not worth it!
My mom payed for a package to be overnighted to me. It has been over 24 hours since the estimated arrival time. I have called this office throughout the day and I have not been able to speak to a single person. The reason I needed this package overnighted to me was because it was imperative that I received it as soon as possible (obvious). This lack of customer service defeats the entire purpose of the overnight option. Weather conditions are optimal and there are no holidays going on to the best of my knowledge, so they are definitely fully staffed and operation under a regular work day. I see no clear reason for this delay besides a complete disregard for PRIORITY shipping. It is the end of the work day so I can already tell that it will take, not double, but triple the amount of time it should take for my package to arrive. The customer service staff could not offer a single shred of help when I called the 1800 number. They were only able to provide me with the same information displayed in the tracking website. It's as if the only reason this 1800 number exists is to apologize to customers for their incompetence.
Came and there was no one there
TERRIBLE ! Every time i call i am on hold! Nobody knows how to answer a phone in this office! Never received the documents i was told had been sent ! 0 STARS !
