I ordered food with them, and I was surprised that the food arrived hot as if I dined in. And the service person delivered my food was friendly and neat.
I just went through a Chinese menu on here and picked out what we want and see that I'll be charged $20 for delivery (plus tip). That's insane. Someone please come up with one of these services with a reasonable delivery charge... not one that costs almost as much as my food. I'll be all over it... several days per week.
Their customer service really sucks. I have probably spent 7-15K dollars ordering food from these people over the years. Jerry is pretty good and when he placing my order it is always correct. Some of the ladies there like to mess around though. Multiple times we order steaks or burgers, and if we dont specify how we want it cooked we get it raw. Yes raw, this has happened multiple times. Also sometimes the wait time for food can be up to 3 hours. This also depends on who is working. My last time ordering from them, I waited over an hour and half for them to call me to confirm my order. Within that hour I was unable to get anyone on the phone or get answers to my email. We had to leave so we didnt get any food from them that nightnnBetter to order from 2go services. Customer service is way better, delivery charge is cheaper, and they have a real working web site.
