For me, I haven´t been able to give these guys an actual challenge. As a company owner I usually require reliable commercial lockout service and get a stellar service. They´re simply the best.
Worked well.
I was in need of a simple yet urgent lock repair and these guys did it quickly. I now feel safer knowing they are willing to go the whole nine yards.
It seems There is nothing these techs cannot pick. As a company owner I usually call them and get a stellar service. I admire their work ethics.
Called them to replace my mailbox lock after I had lost my keys. My request was forwarded to a subcontractor, who quoted me 60-80 dollars for lock replacement and a 29 dollar service fee. Upon arrival he quoted 80 dollars for installing the lock (and installed a plain old 6 dollar mail box lock) and made up some BS story about installing a secure lock. In addition he charged me another 29 to unlock the mailbox. Total bill came to 150 with tax. I later called another local business (Dave the Locksmith) and was quoted 60 dollars all inclusive. I guess I paid for my ignorance and laziness.nnSeems like a very unscrupulous business to me and I would not recommend using them. I have lodged a complaint about this with them. Hopefully they come through with some resolution.
