CVS

This has got to be the worst CVS in Miami. The pharmacy staff is rude when you call about your medications get ready to be on hold for over an hour and when they finally come on the phone they act like you are bothering them, or you will get hung up. When you go pick up your medications they are also rude. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to go get your medications when you are not feeling well, they will make you feel worst!

No familiar with CVS drive thru pharmacy policy. Sat in left lane for over 20 min. To find out I was in the wrong line. I ask can the prescription be dropped off since I was in the line. I was told I get out the line & go the next line. With much frustration. I come complied since my mother really needed her medicationnFor an individual not familiar with area & policy the least she could have done was take the prescription and advise of policy.to avoid another 10 min waite in line. Case close with prescription being ready with 2 hrs. REALLY .. positive they issue COVID shoots with appointment

Covid vaccine process is so disorganized. The wait is long. No seatsnavailable for the elderly. CVS needs to do better.

The pharmacy is the worst I'm tried of the bad service .please don't have any special medication delivered to store because you will never get it . And they have you waiting in line for hours and still don't have your medication right they don't like to look for nothing. Change to Walgreens. But the store department is great
