I’ve been ordering at this store for the last few days and using mobile order, until today they decided to not let anyone inside the store because of “an employee shortage” which wow this is the first time I’ve ever seen this, so I had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru to get my order rather than get it instantly inside (it’s always waiting for me when I get there that’s the POINT of a mobile order).nnDo you know how many sbux customers you are going to enrage with this practice? Anyway this 10 min in the drive thru gives me just enough time to voice my rage.nnAnyway never coming to this store again.

Today we were twice. On our way there I odered with mobile app to take order in store. But they didn’t let people to come inside and we had to wait standing outside near drive thru to get our order. In the afternoon we ordered to take drive thru. Though not sure why, but the barista was in a bad mood. I wanted to buy Miami and Florida mugs there, but in the morning I didn’t get a chance to get inside and on second time I was already afraid to ask for smth except my ordered nitro cold brews.

So they are closed in December 2020.. I get it. COVID-19 . Drive thru only ... the door has a sign saying you can use mobile app to order so I figure they would bring to the door. NOOO. I had to make the loooonnnnng drive thru line for my MOBILE order. Horrible.
