I had an appointment here in the Redmond center today & when I arrived at 4pm, I was very disappointed to know that my appointment was cancelled by them. They couldn't give me any solution & offered me a time which was 1.5 hours later. Obviously it didn't make sense for me to wait that long. Plus I was disappointed with them for cancelling my appointment. Don't want to come here again.nnAnother commitment not kept! After getting the below message saying someone will call me yesterday, just letting you know that NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL.
I've been coming here for the last couple of years and this time with covid it was a different experience. I felt safe and everything was very clean! Great experience once again!

I called and made and appt for a bleach and tone they quoted me a price.. When I got there they said they put me down for the wrong service.. Without even telling my the price difference. When I went to pay it was $300 MORE!nnThe gal did a TERRIBLE job, my grow out she 'bleached' its yellow. So i know have platinum hair with yellow on top .. When I called I asked for a blonde specialist, if this is the best you have that is disappointing. But everytime I get comments on the yellow I be sure to tell them where I got it done so they stay clear away!nnI would NOT recommend .. Over priced for the service you getnnEDIT: I did reach out to the email as requested, she asked for my phone number and that was the end of that.. Not a call not a email back, nothing.. Very disappointed in how my hair turned out and now baffled at the lack of customer service
Customer service lacks professionalism. The place was crowded and loud and when I arrived they didn't make me feel relaxed at all like at other Gene Juarez spas. I ended up canceling my appointment due to COVID-19 cleanliness concerns.
