It's happening! They're starting to open their doors! Trial and intro classes are underway. Call the number. They'll get you in. I've been a member for a month or so now but have been using their sister facility in Kirkland until Redmond opens its doors. I was an OrangeTheory member but until they reopen ( COVID ) I decided to try F45 and I'm loving it. 45 minutes of HIIT. Good variety. Good mix of strength and cardio classes. All the instructors are my favorite instructor. See you there!
