HOT Yoga Experience

I thought this was a great place at first because of the location but after attending for a couple months I was very disappointed. Here is a list of reasons why.nn-Very dirty :( the floors seemed to never be mopped/sanitized. It was pretty gross. I thought it was maybe a one time thing, but it was like that every time I came for a class. Additionally, it always smelled like body odor. I thought the odor was just from someone in the class, but I would show up before a class and the entire room smelled.nn-They said they had a technology rule, but they never enforced it. People would be using their apple watches during sessions.nn-The instructors are constantly switching class times and not posting new schedules.nn- They had a rule about not coming when sick, but never enforced it. People would be coughing, blowing their noses, and sneezing everywhere, and they never said a word.

I felt strange. My first day lady took my pictureud83euddd0ud83euddd0ud83euddd0 however I paid full, but couldn’t go since my third class. Uncomfortable vibe, cold ladies

I love these classes. I really do — but at what point do you draw the line at having a fondness for a place when they repeatedly screw you over? I signed up for the 12 for $10 deal (or 10 for 12?) and without knowing it — was signed up for a contract month over month.nnI called three months later when I realized I had been charged month over month without ever using the service asking what to do. They said they couldn’t go back and remove it even though I had no idea I signed up and had never come to a class for months. I agreed to keep it as I might as well try and go since they had been charging me.nnTwo months later, I needed to freeze my account or cancel and was told I could sign a paper they sent me via email that would arrive in a bit. It never came. For over a month I called to try and cancel — no one ever answered, no one would respond to my voicemails — all with my name, number, and a message begging for help to solve this.nnI knew I would be charged automatically again so I called my bank and had them freeze payment. They said they did. I look at my account on 1/1 and have yet ANOTHER charge. I call several times again on the 2nd and finally get through. They tell me they’ll have the manager call me back. No idea if that will happen as all of my voicemails have been ignored and my months of payment and patience have been disrespected. What’s the deal?? I wanted to like this place overall and it’s the first time in my life a gym has treated me in this way. Disheartening.nnIf this is eventually solved I will consider an updated review. If they continue to charge me and not send me what I need to cancel this plan — I’m assuming I’ll have to replace my credit card.

Very clean and nice studio, they have early morning classes if you’re working afterwards.

I love the energy, people and growth that having these hot yoga experiences on my mat allow! Great way to connect and support the physical and mental being.
