I was on hold for one hour than when it hit. 8pm they sent me to the answer machine so unprofessional

I wish I could just give them a zero, worst place ever. If you ever need them to deliver a prescription at your house, don’t even try because they will take your money, then canceled your transaction.ud83dude21

I don't know what happened to this CVS this new staff is rude especially the older lady with white dreads at the drop off prescription area I'm a paying customer people shouldn't be treated rudely looking into switching CVS's

Literally lost my prescriptions and asked “are you sure you cake to this cvs” like I’m the unorganized one.

I've had very positive experiences with this pharmacy. The staff speaks clearly; is helpful and polite, and knowledgeable about their products. I am always made to feel important. For example, the staff goes out of its way to try to get me discounts on purchases and medications. It doesn't always work, but their effort is always followed by an apology. There is; however, a long wait time, which leads to my two negatives: the store is dark and there is no drive-thru. Otherwise, all's good. Thanks CVS!
