I assume Bryan is the owner of the establishment and my experience with him was less than pleasant. I genuinely had some questions about the process, return policy, and wanted to know if I'm not happy with the work, if I would be taken care of. He took offense and stated they don't have quality issues and if I'm skeptical I shouldn't place the order. Really? Definitely the best way to turn away a customer that just dropped a few hundred dollars to support you. The clerk at the counter verified the payment but failed to provide a proof so I had to request one to check the alignment. I hope customer service becomes a priority in the future but I will not be spending any more money to experience this type of service.nnSo just to follow up Bryan refunded the money and refused the job after I paid. I could have simply stuck with the supplier I've been using, paying less per shirt, excellent customer service, free revisions no questions asked but I decided to support local business because I'm a business owner.nnThis is what we do to or brothers and sisters and it's a shame. Everything from my experience was me reporting what actually happened. We live in a generation where grown men are super sensitive and lash out behind a facade rather than work on themselves. I guess this is the level of service we get when the owners pockets are too full!

Every single time I come the service I get is exceptional. The quality of their work is amazing too. They went above & beyond for me on an order that was important to me to be able to ensure I’d get it when I needed it by. Very thankful.
