Updating “smooth deal”nThe Finance manager Sam was supposed to pay GMC financial after our trade in, $700 He never did, now my credit score lowered. I do not know how this kind of people get those job positions.nnDoreen is very professional at what she does, I have been dealing with her since I leased my first Yukon, Now with the second one, she continues to do an excellent job.nnSmooth deal, very difficult to find at car dealers.nThis is the third auto I lease with Jose as the salesperson, he is very professional at what he does, from his personal appearance up to the end of his part of the deal, makes my experience easier, even after we leave the dealer any question or concern I may have he is always there.nSam, (accounting) finished the process explaining all the documents I signed in a very professional manner too.

I purchased a Yukon from this dealership a little less than 2 years ago. I also sent my old business partner over there and he purchased two vehicles the same day. Unfortunately, their service department has cost them my business right when I was about to buy a new $60,000 car. I brought my car in for an oil change which should have been free. Not only did they charge me for the oil change, they also messed up the alignment on my tires when they shouldn't have even touched them. They are refusing to fix it in trying to make me pay to have them balanced. The card drove just fine when I brought it in and now I cannot drive over 75 miles per hour or I fear I will get into an accident because of the way that it shakes. Shame on them! In this current climate they should be taking better care of their clients

Mr. Ricardo was excellent not just with me but with my sons (they were ready to go home). It was a tiring day but well worth it. I am enjoying my car.
