An amazing tour on a beautiful boat. My family and I had a relaxing trip and even got to see some dolphins! I would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful cruise exploring the Jug Creek waterways with Paul and Donna. If you let your imagination navigate, you feel you are boarding the “African Queen” for a ride down the Ulanga River in East Africa. Fortunately, we did not have to navigate crocodiles, rapids and soldiers, as in the movie. Rather, we enjoyed the company of dolphins, eagles, ospreys, sheepshead fish, white ibis, brown pelicans, a blue heron and many small fish darting to and fro. We enjoyed listening to the “southern drawl” of the recorded narrator who explained some of the history of the boat and things we might see in nature on the cruise...and we did! It’s always fun to get the perspective of an island from the water vs. the road. We didn’t see much through the glass bottom while cruising due to the dark water, but once we docked we saw fish swimming under the boat. We would recommend this cruise to young and old. After the cruise, we had a nice lunch at Captain Con’s, next to the home base for the “Hippie Hopper” transport van.
