G willies isn’t a bad uniform store at all. They do have a good amount of options, but I’m definitely not ordering scrubs from there again. It’s been a solid 2 months since I ordered them in-store and STILL have not received them. When I called them today, they said they got put on back order on the 19th of this month...WHAT...I ordered them way before that. Truly sucks that this is one of Tally’s only scrub store.
Staff were courteous and helpful. The racks were not very well organized - colors and sizes all mixed together - which made it a little difficult to find what I was looking for.nnMuch to my surprise, I also noticed at least two people in the store (both employees) not wearing masks. Being that a good 1/3 of the store is healthcare scrubs/uniforms, I would encourage this business to consider making it a requirement for folks to wear masks, in solidarity with their healthcare customers.
When I entered, I was impressed. It was neat and spacious. However, I was not greeted nor asked if I needed help. I wasn't in the store a minute when another customer entered and got a greeting out of this world. I left Immediately after that. It was a hurtful experience for me because I am a Black Woman and he is a White Man. I said what I said.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Do NOT spend your money here! I don’t often write reviews, but this place either needs some serious changes done or to go out of business. Chance after chance G Willies has disappointed me. First off, if there is anything that you may be buying that you believe there is any chance you may have to return it, DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will not honor refunds and only give store credit. Secondly, they’re NOT knowledgeable in their products. They may be a uniform shop that caters to professionals, but they are FAR from professional or educated in the products they sell. In June 2020, I came in looking for work boots, and their selection is extremely limited in sizing, brand, and types. When I asked staff simple questions regarding the boots, they could not give me answers and had to ask their manager, which they said also didn’t know. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED for the products and services they offer. But I decided to give it a chance and get a pair of “nice” boots. That same day I ordered a monogrammed uniform for work, which I was extremely excited about! Was told the turn around time for ordering and monogramming the uniform, was 4 days to a week tops and I would be contacted via phone number provided when it was ready for pick up. The first day trying the boots I bought, they created huge sores and blisters all over my feet. I returned to the store approximately 2 & 1/2 weeks later to return them. I was told they do not offer refunds, and that it was printed on the receipt (in very small print and at the very bottom I might add). To which I explained due to their limited selection I wouldn’t be able to use that store credit to get another pair of boots there. I was answered by snide remarks, no professionalism, and poor customer service and was told “I could either except the store credit or leave and keep the boots”, so I left upset and disappointed. Which anyone would understand that after spending well over $130 on these boots, them creating sores, and not working for me, I would want to return them right? And due to their limited selection, it would’ve helped if instead of being a greedy company and only giving store credit so you are unable to take your money elsewhere, to provide refunds so your customers had the option to find what would be the best fit for them and genuinely care about their customers happiness and satisfaction.. well that is not the case. On the day I went to the store to return the boots, I asked if my uniform was ready. They couldn’t find it and said they would call me when it was ready. I was disappointed but decided I could wait a lil while longer. Well now it’s September 2020, and I have a pair of brand new boots sitting in my closet that I can’t use and no monogrammed uniform still. I honestly had forgot about the uniform, so I called today to speak to someone to see what could be done or where it was, seeing as I never received a call stating it was ready. Ever. I spoke to Ariel, who I told the situation to. She couldn’t explain what happened. She then stated she was going to get authorization to process my refund?! ud83dudc40 wait so y’all do give refunds? Y’all must just pick who you give it to? I waited, and after she came back on the line she stated after talking with her manager that they could not give me a refund and only store credit.ud83eudd26ud83cudffc♀ufe0f So why tell me the opposite in the first place? And why would I want store credit for something I never even received in the first place. I would’ve wanted my money back. She then told me I could come in and speak to the manager. I then proceeded to ask basic questions, for when I came in to speak to the manager. Such as, the managers name (Sarah by the way), when would be the best time to come in, the name of who calls customers when their product is ready, etc. Ariel then asked “what are you asking these questions? What are you going to do with this information?” And proceeded to argue with me as to why I needed that info. So moral of the story, go to Galls or Army Surplus or ANYWHERE ELSE. Better service, products, and prices.
Very neat, organized, and tidy store. Quality products and good prices. Super friendly and professional staff. Bradley was very patient while answering all my questions and very knowledgeable. Very helpful in my endeavor to make sure my child gets the right size school uniforms to start the year.
