Gina works so hard to make sure everyone gets the service they want. As a Business Woman, she always wants to make sure I look professional and feel good about how I look. I always recommend her to friends and family. She has so much knowledge about Coloring. I think that is her specialty!

Gina was great. She knew exactly what I was hoping for in a hair style and cut my hair very differently from past stylists. It came out awesome and it makes me feel good. She. Is my new girl!!

I just got my hair colored Saturday around 10:40 is when she begin. It was supposed to be ombré, she told me she had many years of experience and could do it. I told her about my past experience at another salon in chipley and she reassured me and told me that if there was something I didn’t like, she would fix it. After she was done I told her that it wasn’t looking right, she suggested to add a few highlights at the top so that’s what she did. The color was nothing like I wanted but I dealt with it and she curled it. My hair was extremely frizzy, and rough feeling, I’ve never had that happen from a professional salon before. She charged me 160 to color my hair ombré which I was fine with because I really wanted my hair like that, I gave her 180 though. I get home and wash my hair that night and it drys, it looked so bad, the color faded and it was dark spotted all throughout my suppose to be blonde ends, also it looked like it was just going straight across, it was not blended at all. I could not sleep at all that night. Here I was up at 2:00 in the morning crying because my hair is so messed up, I can’t even wear my hair down it looks so bad. I wished I was able to post pictures. I texted her and told her that I was not happy with it and I wasn’t trying to offend her but it just does not look good and I sent her pictures. She will not reply back to me and she will not answer my phone call. This makes me extremely upset because I spent a lot of money and my hair is completely messed up. I’ve had my hair ombré twice before from my old salon in Albany and I’ve never had this issue. I trusted Gina Mia because she was reassuring me that she had so many years of experience and she has done this many times. I also saw her reviews and all of them were good so I thought she was going to be a great salon to go to. Now I have to find someone else who can fix her mistake and pay even more to have it fixed. I did get some opinions from other hair salons today and they even stated how horrible it looks. There are many more mistakes I could state but i won’t, I’m just really upset that she done me like this and won’t make it right in anyway. This is my hair, I love my hair now it’s ruined.
