I've come to this bank for years for my corporation. Only recently have I not enjoyed the visits.nBeing told that I have to stand outside in the heat while others are allowed to go in and out at will... Being talked down to about pandemics when I say something about it...nWe'll, guess what... Science and math are my greatest strengths.nAdditionally, I was trained in immunology, virology, and pathology by the corporation I used to work for. And... I'm well versed in statistical analysis.nAll of this leads to me knowing that the media is twisting statistics for an agenda...nAnd that masks and social distance are irrelevant...nAnd, oh, by the way, the US actually has the LOWEST death rate in the world for a virus that is less deadly than the common influenza...nBut, commercial customers like me are being treated like second or third class humans by the banks... Done. Go to hell.

Don’t know what’s going on with the professionalism of this particular branch but I’ve waited 45 minutes while these two gals have been sitting down talking to each other about their weekend when I’m sitting there trying to open up a business account and all you hear is laughing and having a good time like at social hour. Never use regions bank got to be one of the worst southern banks in the United States

Can't talk to local bank, must call 800 number and wait for 10 minutes to speak to a person.

Teller was super nice the only issues I have is that they should have signs pointing to the portable they’re in which is located behind the original bank and also put this into and the local branch phone number on line and in websites
